Care at Home

Cider country care is a micro provider style home care service. Having worked with leading providers several annoyances became apparent.

Changeable times, where clients did not know who would be coming to help them or even when they would arrive.

Limited capabilities, in that through a service provider any alterations would need to be processed back and forth and may take days or weeks to come into effect.

Lack of consistency among staff. Where a client may enjoy the company of one carer they may be at odds with another. Familiarity with location and personal preferences leads to easy communication and understanding.

We hope to improve upon these areas and provide a tailored service that can fulfill a greater number of our clients needs.
